Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Basiks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related issues or defective items within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, contact us through Instagram or email us with your order details.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs only, which will generally be equivalent to the shipping amount paid during checkout.

However, if the item received is defective or incorrect—for example, if you receive the wrong size, colour, style, or product due to an error on our part—Basiks will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

All exchanges are subject to product, colour, and size availability. If the exact item you requested is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.

Returns

We accept returns subject to the conditions outlined below.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Items with stains, odours, damage, alterations, signs of wear, or signs of washing will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom-made or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Discounted or sale items may be considered final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Shipping Charges

The original shipping fee paid during checkout is non-refundable.

For approved returns, only the eligible product amount will be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the reverse logistics or return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Basiks.

In certain circumstances, Basiks may approve a full refund of the product amount. Original shipping charges will remain non-refundable unless otherwise determined by us.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Contact us through Instagram DM or email us at contact@basikss.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

  • Photos or videos, where applicable

We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once your request is approved and the item is returned and inspected, we will process the applicable exchange or refund.
