If an order is refused, not accepted, or returned to us and you would still like the parcel to be re-sent, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Shipping Locations
We deliver across Pakistan.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
If you have not received your tracking information after your order has been dispatched, please contact us.
Please make sure that you are available and reachable when the courier company contacts you regarding your delivery.
Shipping Delays
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or operational issues, your order may take longer than expected to arrive.
Where possible, we will keep you informed of significant delays.
Orders placed on Sundays will generally be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because:
